Space - Our rehearsal space is 350 sqft with tons of natural light and is located in a secure building in Ravenswood. Perfect for rehearsing plays, dance rehearsals, recording self tapes, holding auditions, an acting class, etc. Room is approximately 18x18. 

Cost - $15 per hour.

Room Inventory - Six rehearsal cubes, 6' folding table, four padded folding chairs, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceiling fan, window AC unit, and HEPA air purifier. The restroom is located across the hall. 

Parking - There is plenty of on-street parking available, especially after 3pm due to permit parking being available after that time.

Accessibility - There is one set of stairs that leads up to the space as we are on the second floor. Freight elevator-There is a back door off the alley that leads to a ramp and the freight elevator. There is no parking in the alley however, so there would need to be plans regarding logistics. The alley is not paved but the door is located right off the alley. There are still a few steps to access the freight elevator. Would likely not be feasible for a full-time wheelchair user.
