Access. Dial 204 on the entry system to be buzzed in. Go up the stairs directly in front of the doors and take a left into the hallway. Three Crows' suite is on the left with a placard on the door. There is a lockbox on the door. The access code will be sent after your booking is confirmed. Do not attempt to access the space earlier than 15-20 minutes before your rental period begins.

The floor. DO NOT TAPE THE FLOOR OR TAPE ANYTHING TO THE FLOOR. Tape pulls up the paint. A $200 charge will apply for floor damage caused by tape.

Climate. Make sure the AC is off before you leave. You may turn off the heat via the labeled switch above the kitchenette. Turn it back on at the end of your rental.

Before you leave. Lights off · AC off · heat switch on · windows closed · key returned to lockbox · door locked. Take garbage out if you filled the can or threw away food items.

Amenities. Six rehearsal blocks, three 6' tables, six folding chairs, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle. WiFi password is on the cork board on the back of the door. Bathroom is across the hallway.

Building etiquette. Watch your volume in shared hallways. Keep the rehearsal room door closed. The studio next door keeps chairs and items in the hallway. Do not bring them into the Three Crows suite or move them. Do not prop the common door open and leave it unattended.

No smoking. The suite and building are non-smoking. A $250 charge will apply for smoking in the space.

Cancellation. All sales are final once payment is made and your dates are booked. If you need to cancel, we are happy to reschedule your hours to another available day.

Discount. Book one month or more in advance and receive 10% off. Contact info@threecrowstheatre.com to arrange.

Should you break these rules, Three Crows Theatre reserves the right to remove your access to the space without a refund.

By submitting this booking, the renter agrees to hold Three Crows Theatre, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the renter's use of the rehearsal space at 4541 N. Ravenswood Ave, Suite 204, Chicago, IL 60640.

Three Crows Theatre, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring on or about the premises during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all persons present during their booking.

The renter agrees that Three Crows Theatre, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
